The Rural Home “LA TRAMPA” is an old farmhouse situated on the outskirts of the historic walled village of Selva del Camp. A typical rural Spanish family home dating back to the 17Th century. The house has been added to over the centuries showing four different styles of architecture which can be seen in the various materials used over the years. It is believed that the name “La Trampa”, “The Tramp” came from the old stories told by villagers throughout the centuries about the old lane that passes by the house to the river which was used by bandits to waylay travellers and steal their goods. As there are various versions of this story it has yet to be proved. The house has six rooms and a suite with room for children differentiated. All are equipped with TV, bathroom with tub, minibar, heating, Internet access and exterior views of the countryside. In addition, two of which have fireplaces. Can Llorenç is a set of five newly established rural apartments located in the middle of the village of Prades (Tarragona). The houses are built on the walls of an ancient medieval building, now restored, and are distributed around a large square for private use at the center of the manor. Can Llorenç housings are fully equipped to enjoy all the comforts and feel at a village house. They are built on what had been an old medieval building in the town, of which we have restored the structure and the magnificent Gothic arch that crowns the square inside the farm. So indoors will find original stone walls red (only in Catalonia and which is known as Prades on red villa name). The decor of the accommodation known for its warmth and comfort. They can accommodate 4 to 6 people, and have a large private space where you can use all kinds of activities. La Tartrana de Cal Munter, a rural family type accommodation in the heart of the old restored eighteenth centrury village of Vilaplane. The house takes its name from the old original family transport business, which specialised in the use of fast, light-horse-drawn carriages, and hence the name La Tartana. The building was completely renovated in 2006, thereby ensuring a high standard of comfort and modern conveniences while retaining the historical ambience of bygone years. Covering more than 400 m2, all rooms (double room, one triple, one master suite and a junior suite with up to five beds) have been fully restored and decorated with custom made furniture, complete with en suite (private) bathrooms. Access to the bed rooms is private and restricted only to those guests occupying the rooms at the time. All guests are welcome to enjoy and have free access to the kitchen space, dining room, patio, reading room with fireplace, and lounge with TV. All the space in the house can be divided into two separate sections, with access from two different streets: Angel Guimera Street is the original entrance while access from Dr March Street has a more modern entrance and offers an elevator service for disabled persons. |
