The superb complex El Montanya Resort & Spa is located in Seva, in El Montseny National Park. The peaks in the national park reach a height of 17,372 m above sea level, and it stretches from the La Calma plateau to the heights of El Matagalls and Les Agudes. This national park is considered as interesting from a scientific point of view as it is in terms of landscape. The hotel lies only 52 km from Barcelona and 15 km from Vic. Barcelona International Airport is around 70 km away.

Our story started more than 15 years ago in a corner of Catalunya, El Collsacabra, little visited except by the Catalans.  L’Avenc, a fortified masia, had a much longer story dating back to the 13th century, with a beautiful 16th century extension and unique rural Catalan facade that captivated anyone passing by.

Our new suites, lofts and apartments have just been built, with maximum comfort and charm and delicious breakfasts with fresh orange juice. One of these apartments will be adapted for guests with disabilities, older guests or families with small children, and will all be on one floor with ample room for wheelchairs, prams and pushchairs.

The suites are rooms with their own bathroom and balcony with incredible views of the cliffs and Ter valley and Montseny mountains. The lofts have their own shower unit and toilet, small kitchen and terrace looking out on the green roofs and the Guilleries landscape.
