The natural conditions of the territorial demarcation is very linked with the climate and this in turn with the altitude in which the vineyards are arranged.

The climate can be considered Mediterranean, with respect to the rainfall, it varies from 800 mm. in the area East to 500-600 mm. on the West side.

As a limiting factor should take into account the risk of spring frosts. The minimum average temperature of the coldest month is - 10, 3ºc in the month of January, which is when the plant is in full dormancy

Grape varieties:

White: Albillo Mayor, Viura

Ink: Ink of the country, Mencía, Garnacha Tinta, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot.

Tasting notes:

White wines have a yellow color straw, clean and bright, without particles in suspension, are characterized by clean, honest and fruity aromas.

In mouth they are tasty and balanced.

Rosé wines have a red strawberry, clean and bright, without particles in suspension, characterized by fruit aromas of fruits of the forest, no strange odors.

In mouth they are fresh, tasty and balanced.

The young red wines have an intense red color, with purple that denote youth, without particles in suspension, are characterised by aromas of wild berries.

In mouth they are tasty and balanced.

Aged wines have a color icing with tones of aging, without particles in suspension, characterized by clean and balanced aromas of wood.

In mouth they are dry and balanced in acidity.

Chemical properties:

Reds: A minimum alcoholic strength of 11.5% in volume

Aged Red wines : A minimum alcoholic strength of 12% in volume

Whites: A minimum alcoholic strength of 10.5% to 14, 5% by volume

Pink: A minimum alcoholic strength of 11% in volume.
