The farmhouse Can Bonastre Santa Magdalena is from the SXVI Century and has been renovated by the present owners, Vallès family. Nowadays the antique farmhouse bought during the eighties by the grandfather Martí Vallès Sacases, and converted into a winery for the father Martí Vallès Rodoreda, is a small hotel managed by Marti's daughter and son, Glòria and Roger. The hotel has 12 rooms with views to the vineyards and to Montserrat, a spectacular spa and a delicious gastronomic offer. Tribia is a restaurant with signature and poetry located in the Anoia region, just 35 minutes away from Barcelona. The name of Tribia is homage to history: it refers to a variety of white grape that used to be grown in Catalonia during the Middle Ages. Tribia’s cuisine respects the seasonality of products and tradition, and it also reinterprets some ancestral recipes to the delight of guests. Surrounded by vineyards, the millennial culture of the lands around it is conveyed by the dishes elaborated by the culinary team, who, with their recipes, open up a path full of gastronomic sensations matched with the best wines. |
