With a typically Majorcan character, pleasing, built on four floors and with two lifts, located in the north of the island of Majorca, right in the Puerto de Alcúdia and 150m from one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. The building, constructed in a U-shape, has an interior patio surrounded by palm trees, a swimming pool for adults and another one for children with sunbeds and sunshades.
