Hotel Rural Morvedra Nou, located in the Menorcan town Ciutadella on the way to Macarella beach, it's a previous large 1650's cottage converted into a four star rural hotel, with rural features and countryside ambience kept for those who like to enjoy the peace and tranquility of the open countryside. It has a bar - restaurant, large garden with swimming pool and and our excellent staff ready to help make your stay a pleasant one, able to provide information about car and bicycle hire, horse-riding excursions, walking, scuba-diving, paintball and any other activities you wish to pursue. The hotel has just 17 double rooms, a double superior and a junior suite, all with terrace, bathroom, air conditioning, central heating, satellite TV, minibar, telephone, hair-dryer, beach towels and free Wi-Fi. Our restaurant and kitchen staff offer lunch and dinner menu offering meals with products of the season. Using innovative techniques, including sauces and Menorcan traditional dishes representing our way of understanding cuisine, following the hotel's tradition of reflecting Menorcan culture and traditions. At night, for our guests, we offer a home made dinner menu prepared by our cheff Joan Bagur, with traditional dishes and typical Menorcan cuisine. 1 or 2 hour horse riding excursions for families with children or non experienced people, with easy non bumpy rides and tamed experienced horses. Departing from Son Angel farm and carrying on Cami de Cavalls around the area of Algaiarens. Painting the island of Menorca is a pleasure. No experience needed. Hotel interior is situated in the heart of old town of Ciutadella, near the episcopal palace, one of the most charming streets of the historic center. This is a great manor house of the mid-eighteenth century, built over older buildings (believed to be on the first Christian church in Menorca, the fourth century, founded by Bishop Severo). In fact, during his rehabilitation time found human remains from Roman domination. This small hotel has 8 rooms, each different and unique, decorated down to the last detail and fully equipped.
